They're the same species, it's just gender dimorphism.

Zinogre and the subspecies Stygian Zinogre can both Jump. There's also an Elder Dragon that can, Kirin (and the subspecies Oroshi Kirin.) Kirin might not be accessible at the point of the game you are at though, it's been a while since I've played it.

There are rare 6-8 monsties that can use Jump, though I don't know how much you care about "spoiling" stuff like this, so I won't actively tell you which those are unless you'd like me to. You have already encountered one though.

Those are all using designs from Monster Hunter 4U and Monster Hunter Generations, which were the two games released just before Stories. (They were of the same "generation" of Monster Hunter, so they shared multiple designs.)

wyverians are established, and look like a lot of different things, from little gnome looking guys to giant hulking figures to "basically just an elf (human with pointy ears)" to whatever that guy has going on
