Why would they say anything when the end goal of generative AI systems is the elimination of the workforce and the concentration of wealth?

Why would they say anything when Musk represents their ultimate goal of unfettered power?

I've helped a few local people running in the May 5 primary here learn about endorsements, win numbers, and key tools like VAN.

And my Discord server will soon contain key guidance on tactical things necessary to get out and win!

We must do better, and that work begins with leaders who are willing to lead with humanity, responsibility, and resolve, and continues with those leaders holding those who committed this despicable killing responsible for their actions. /fin

...and work to ensure that no one is harmed by the very systems meant to protect them.

I stand in solidarity with the victim’s loved ones and with communities across the country calling for accountability, justice, and better leadership.

It means moral clarity, courageous advocacy, and a commitment to oversight that prevents abuse of people, power, and rights before it happens. Our residents deserve leaders who will stand up for justice, support transparency and accountability in law enforcement and federal partnerships...

We must be willing to ask hard questions, demand answers, and insist on policies that prioritize safety, accountability, and respect for human life.

As someone seeking to serve on the Shelby County Commission, I believe leadership means more than managing budgets.

We've had our fair share of related incidents that have unfortunately ended in tragedy. Government at every level has a responsibility to protect human dignity, ensure strong oversight, and speak up when systems fail. Local leaders cannot look away simply because harm happens elsewhere.

When those who wield authority abuse that power, it erodes public trust and deepens fear in communities that are already over-policed and under-protected, both federally and locally. While this tragedy occurred outside of Shelby County, its implications are deeply local.

...and I'm not ashamed to admit I cried this afternoon thinking of her partner, and of her child who has to come home to a house without one of her mothers. The family of Renee Good and the citizens of Minneapolis deserve full transparency, accountability, and justice.

I ran a set of several small datacenters in the past, including doing the work of racking, monitoring, and swapping, and yeah, it's not a great job, nor is it high-paying.

Having to put on ear protection and walk into the hot aisle is no one's idea of a fun time.

It's not completely inaccurate, either; I've worked with datacenters where they do remote tech dispatch in the event of a failure, or they use a local contractor to go flip the switch or swap the component.

Either way, they don't create "hundreds of local jobs" as xAI and Brent Taylor claim
