I enjoy the little moments. I’m a, look at how pretty the sky is, at sunset kind of person. I get excited when I can see the moon and stars on a warm summer night. I giggle and laugh and yell Ooooo…cows! Or look at the beautiful horses when driving through the countryside. 1/

People come into our lives for reasons that are not always evident right away. Whether they are here for a moment or a lifetime they are here to teach us something. Whether it’s about our patterns, our behaviors or ourselves in general. Some are meant to guide, some are meant to inspire. ♥️

Christmas takes days of preparation. I put a lot of thought into the whole experience. Making food, wrapping gifts and preparing for Christmas is healing for me. It’s about the time spent with my family. Enjoying the moments and making memories! I love to make the day special for everyone in my life

Honestly I think dancing saved my life. When the despair got to be too much, I danced. When my anxiety was overwhelming, I danced. Dancing brought me back to me. Even when I felt worthless. Dancing helped me to believe I am enough just as I am 💃🧡💛💚💙💜

Life has its own kind of magic. With light and dark. Hope and fear. It takes courage to walk amongst the darkness and fear in this world to find hope. And while life is ever changing my heart stays the same. Searching for love and light within the darkness that tries to consume our souls.
