It’s a tiny tub of cookie dough! You zap it in the microwave for a couple of secs so it’s not cold anymore (you store it in the fridge) and then you just eat it with a spoon!
It’s a bit like those bits of cookie dough you sometimes have in ice cream, just… without the ice cream. Very yummy
