The only good stories to come from the Tron franchise were Tron 2.0 and Tron Uprising. A video game from the early 00s that's no longer canon and a TV show that only got one season before it got cancelled. Other than that, we only get cool visuals and kickass soundtracks to go w/ half-baked ideas.

Saw this coming a mile away. There are two things Tron movies are known for. Having a good story is neither of those things. And Ares has the added boon of Jared Leto as the main cast member & over-reliance on 80s nostalgia.
At least I got a kickass NIN soundtrack to go with the visual eye candy.
