The world needs to adopt an "all or nothing" doctrine. If AI and automated labor can't encompass over 90% of all work around the globe, we don't use it or adopt it until we can also enact a global UBI.

I've always been a fan of Valve, the Steam Deck was a success, Steam OS is doing decent aside from some flaws, they've been friendly to the VR community. Very good things considering the rest of the corporate side of gaming.
But the Steam Machine needs to hit a very consumer friendly price point.

Debate 101: If someone makes a bold claim in defense of a person with known adjudicated results against them, ask for non-partisan proof from a neutral 3rd party (they almost never can). When asked to provide them yourself, decline and say the burden of proof is on the accuser.

You'd be fighting Adeptus Custodes, the entire chapter of Grey Knights can't even compete with half their ranks, and the Silent Sisters making sure they never got an upper hand means Grey Knights are just grey matter on a wall miles away from the throne.

Boys, Terminus Decree is not only futile but fake. First the Grey Knights would have to deal with numerous Silent Sisters, who not only trained with the Adeptus Custodes but are very equipped and trained to deal with psychers. Their powers would be stripped. But you won't be fighting them.

Ever wondered how or why Nyango Star was so awesome at drums but nobody has ever heard him? It's because he's being used as a side gig by 3 established drummers. It's also why sometimes he has such different styles and ability. Each accomplished drummers but having their own patterns and style.

If the idea of a middle or right-middle voter means they're ok with an adjudicated rapist, convicted felon, insurrectionist and a likely pedophile, they were never going to vote for an alternative, voting for a second best isn't even their issue. Developers ask why nobody is downloading their game even if it's playable on a Steam Deck. It's the same reason we don't play the PC version on our phone. You made a smaller version but you expect us to play a larger one? Make your game portable and people will play it on their portables.

I've been vehemently trying to follow everyone from TikTok over to YouTube. Because I have zero faith in a US version of TikTok and even less faith it doesn't eventually become another version of Twitter

The left wing parties in the US are too focused on winning over right wing voters. Playing center politics loses them elections. Taking a firm stance on controversial topics wins over more voters than flipping towards a popular opinion.
