I don't think of The Omen as particularly forgotten (e.g. Little Evil (2017) assumes you're at least aware of the concept) but I've never heard of "Just William" and am intrigued by the idea that when I read Good Omens 20+ years ago as a child I was missing an extra bit of satire.
