Given the President's age it seems to me it should be newsworthy that he can't remember what he said last week. Especially when he confabulating that someone else said it.

@boltsmag.org Way back when I was in law school my con law professor said state Supreme Courts are the last line of defense for our rights. The state Supreme Court is the final word on rights contained in a state constitution. USSC has no jurisdiction.

The Trump Administration's desire to prevent NATO members from becoming "majority non-European" is flat out racist and should be described as such. In that context European is code for white. It's disgusting.

For example Roger Clinton had served his entire prison term before Bill Clinton became President. So when Bill pardoned Roger at the end of his (Bill's) second term I don't see that as a problem. Roger had served his sentence and hadn't been charged with any new crimes.

To me there is an important difference between a pardon given to someone who has served all of their sentence and a pardon given to someone who has served none or little of their sentence. One has the effect of thwarting our system of justice. The other doesn't.
