I get compared to this actress a lot so I’m streaming as a Viking tomorrow. To be fair, this is one of many historical streams coming up. So I went looking for some pictures of her and then I remembered this series of pictures I took in 2012. Apparently I’ve been preparing for this for years.

This is my living room right now and we’re about to have a dance party. We did face painting, decorated pizza boxes and hunted for security badges in the dark while being followed around by creepy animatronics. What did you guys do for Dean’s Birthday/Dean Day? We barely survived!

I made a thing and I gave it away already but it was so fun that I’m gonna make something else.

Oh for sure! I mean, she’s not a cat so that’s some bonus points right there. Alvin (my cat) was the runt out of 3. Every time his mom would move her babies she would just leave poor Alvin. She was probably annoyed that he kept magically reappearing. To be fair, he’s the best cat that ever did cat.

This Robin has been napping in the driveway all day… it’s not hurt and this is certainly a trap. Don’t fall for it. Four of its friends are hiding behind a tree and they will steal your wallet and probably your hair too if it’s fluffy enough. Ps. I’m streaming tonight.

They sell booklets for marking off birds you see which Dean and I have been looking at for a hot minute so this looks awesome, thank you! I built and stocked a birdhouse for a female sparrow that turned out to be a male mockingbird. His name is Horace and he was not amused.

My early 20’s in the early 2000’s. This looks exhausting to me now. A big no thanks. I miss that guy next to me though. He knew every fun fact ever and could finish any crossword puzzle in about 5 min. He was so fun, could sing and dance and would certainly have been on my stream.

Wicker furniture is terrible and also trendy right now. Your kids will hate you, I can promise you that. Every professional photo of me as a kid is a photo of me in a wicker chair and that’s probably why my back hurts right now.

I’m making paper flowers which I haven’t done in years and years. My office is pretty much ready for streaming but I think I’m gonna milk this vacation for another couple of days.

My daughters are 24 now but back when I got into photography they were all about fashion shoots. They set up hair, makeup and nail stations in the living room… and a smoke machine, and a disco ball and lights. It looked like a lot of raves to our neighbors I bet.
