Expected because we’ve had so much rain this month, there’s nowhere for the rain to go. For context: Prior to today’s storm, this was the 13th wettest September in 150 years, and now it’s the 2nd wettest. Of the 13 weekends of summer, 10 saw rain; had storm remnants for 1st weekend of fall as well.
