It looks like one of these https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_New_Look_bus they were produced until 1977 and were super popular when I was a kid. They used 11 of them so I think the advantage was that they were cheap in 1994.

I had a good dentist one time and it was insane. He saw something that another dentist fucked up and was like “let me just fix that” and didn’t even charge me. The one I have now is a massive scammer though.
