Surely it is a universal experience to find oneself nibbling on a pen. It's a less-universal experience to eat it and ask your friend to please-please-please-with-a-cherry-on-top go in and retrieve it. Further still to be that friend and agree to a dangerous task for an easily replaced plastic.

The last your tiny friends see of you is your tiny struggles as your captor shuts their bedroom door behind them. They then hear the start of a playlist they know too well by now followed by the giant's moans. This was just one of the risks being a borrower in this household.
