Gas gangrene in Europe—again. @Telegraph reports cases in Ukraine. Indeed, isolated cases have been confirmed to Leleka by the Chief Surgeon of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Evacuation under Russian drones is often impossible; the wounded wait days and infections surge.

Among the critical supplies Leleka delivers to the front line is the Operational Medical Bag.
Compact + light, laid out by MARCH/PAWS so medics don’t lose time under stress. If a full backpack covers ~10 casualties, this bag supports ~4–5.

Kyiv endured one of the largest attacks yet. 430 drones and 18 missiles struck every district.
5 people were killed, 26 injured — including children and a pregnant woman.
Homes were damaged, and the city spent the night in shelters and smoke.
Please share the truth

From Tbilisi, Georgia: our first supporter there, Georgi Shengelia, learned about Leleka through a friend’s “donate instead of gifts” birthday wish.
His reason is personal—a Ukrainian soldier saved his grandfather’s life in WWII.
Thank you, Georgi. Join him: Leleka.care

Every evacuation is a race against time — against pain, chaos, and fear. There’s no script, no guarantee, only seconds and decisions that can change everything. Behind each road out of the front line lies a story. For medics, these are the moments that stay forever.

GREAT NEWS! Two more medical evacuation vehicles are now equipped with anti-drone systems thanks to our "Shield the Lifesavers" campaign.

🕯️ A child killed in Zaporizhzhia

This was not about military targets — this was terror, aimed at life itself.

Torn by shrapnel & burned by an enemy drone, this flag from the 44th Mechanized Brigade arrived at Leleka Foundation as a thank-you for frontline medics. An occlusive dressing with drone shrapnel came with it—a stark reminder of the risks medics face daily.
