1/Guess I’ve turned into a old crotchety sci-fi snob😩😅 the genre probably being my favorite. That coupled with being a anime fan, it’s hard, lol. I definitely saw the potential in it. Had to recheck and was surprised it was 127 minutes long. Felt shorter. I think I just wanted to explore the gorge.

To me, it was fine? I gave it 3/5. Enjoyed the lead up, but everything after falling into the gorge was meh. The mutants design did nothing for me. Didn’t really give it a lot of thought.😅 Made for consumption. A shame as I love MT and ATJ. I guess SW needed some pocket change, lol.

2/The answer has to be the implication that either our government, the Israeli government or both allowed children to to be recruited, groomed, trafficked, and abused in the name of whatever government agenda needing leverage to be used on those implicated.
