"A tad disappointed, had it been me, these would be poisoned" she says with a playful smirk "But I must admit, this is a good apple"

Eventually Yenna comes along, saying that she's developed the urges and is struggling to control them so Ophelia takes her under her wing knowing full well Yenna will probably be the death of her but hoping to build her mental fortitude enough that she'll be able to resist Bhaal in the end.

Ophelia destroys the brain, isolates herself from the party and basically becomes a one woman army, hunting down Bhaal and his temples wherever they lurk.
She's got nothing to lose anymore so she decided to fight until she falls one day but she's just too good at killing Bhaalists.
