I managed to find it (Kuttenberg region) but I might've oversell it (my apologizes guess first time was a charm), it is not as I remembered. BUT there is lot of fireflights and one thing glowy (sorry for bad photo) but around the place there are blue flowers everywhere and gives mystery vibe.
