They dont have HR but I do think the filing a police report against the employee and taking the report to his boss might work but I don’t know how much it would. Since his boss already does nothing to about the situation

Unfortunately no HR :/ there have been multiple times not just me but some family members have also emailed his boss about this and he still doesn’t do anything

The Bill is my partners Tool Bill he has to pay off so they are permanently his tools he’s had to get a whole new replacement because this coworker likes to steal his tools as well. My partner is a mechanic so he can definitely find work still but this is the only thing that keeps him there. (🧵/3)

No matter what my partner does or says this coworker does not let up. I will also note it’s gotten ESPECIALLY worse because said coworker is a Tr*mp supporter so he’s just been going in on the harassment. My partner wants to quit but still has a bill he needs to pay off that’s like $1200. (🧵/2)
