True. But it's hard to imagine why he would choose Mendocino in light of his flagrant hatred of a sizeable part of the electorate.

Carney like other politicians is choosing to throw Arabs/Muslims/Palestinians/ supporters under the bus. A choice that won't be kind at the ballot box. Ask Kamala.

Also the piece misrepresents what the Courts have said. All they've said is it's a violations of security of the person to evict someone from an encampment if there are NO shelter beds or if those available are inappropriate. The Citizen should have reviewed for accuracy.

As you say, the article actually proves your point by failing to query why people refuse shelters and distrust social workers. (Does anyone trust their potential jailor?)
