#Havoc 3.5/5-first hour’s too baggy with lots going on but when the action kicks/punches/chops in,it’s a blast.Terrific sound effects/mixing,loads of nods to what’s gone before it (it’s literally missing white doves) & excellent direction/cinematography. Of course it would have ruled in the cinema
