They were not lost. They were taken by Federal Government violence for exercising their rights. In the case of Alex his right to carry arms that he did not draw as is clearly shown in the video of an ICE agent taking it from its holster as h Alex was on the ground being beaten by multiple agents.

Worse than that, it still exists, but it just doesn’t function a separate branch of government to counter Herr Trump.

The difference between colonists and immigrants is that colonists come to take over an area and displace the indigenous people, while an immigrant is coming to join an existing area. One of the things Trump does is to confuse immigrants for colonists who would undermine his America, not add to it.
