Oooooh, that sounds like such a good idea! I'm installing several additional ceiling fans, which is helping with the circulation, but not really the ventilation.

That sounds like future heating bill savings! Two cats is equivalent to 3 degrees of heating in the house!

This is one of my favorite plants! And I agree with your summary - ugly and smells amazing! I like to put a bit in all of my planters, so I get the scent, but you can't see it very well.
