Ok Swifties, I don’t know if this has already been discussed, but since the first track of TS 12 is The Fate of Ophelia, I wanted to point out the painting Ophelia by Sir John Everett Millais. Anyone else see similarities to the album art of The Life of a Showgirl?

No there’s no letter from the brother as far as I know. My comment was a reaction to yesterday’s letter from Clarissa where she mentions her siblings are jealous and that her brother was viewing the estates he’s recently inherited from his godmother

It’s funny, I always considered solitude to be a good thing (as opposed to loneliness, for example) but for Aureliano at least it’s pretty clearly bad. It changes my perspective on the title. 💯

💙📚 I’m reading this book and I just got to the part where a Jewish woman (Rachel Lazarus) reads a book with antisemitic tropes so she writes the author (Maria Edgeworth) to complain and they start a lifelong correspondence that was continued by their families for *127 years*. That is amazing to me!
