⚠️ Yearly average staffing numbers obscure the actual volume of unmet care demand.
✔️ Shift- and unit-level analyses show variation and accentuate systematic mismatches (e.g., Friday evenings)
✔️ Complexity adjusted analyses inform managers upon workload, also when comparing with other facilities.
