Yes, you’re right. I guess what I meant to say is that evolutionarily, being “fancy” is a risk that’s worthwhile because birds have such a good natural predator-evasion tactic. Extra ability to attract a mate is worth a little more attention from enemies, since they can fly away from most of them.

I’m 6’4”, and nothing in life makes me happier than helping someone reach something. I can’t imagine saying no to this - it’s literally the only time I’m useful.

True, I know English retail chains are as greedy as Americans. But the whole reason Black Friday works here is because everyone has the day off work for Thanksgiving. I don’t see how it would be possible on a regular workday.

There are still millions of uncounted votes on the West Coast, which is heavily Democratic. I don’t think that third point is likely to remain true.

Personally I always thought “he’s an idiot” would’ve been a much better attack than “he’s an authoritarian.” Everyone knows what idiots are.
