A character like 'Belvey' (from Rhendarc) might be an Elf with the Changling (Callow May) ancestry feat. although he was a Human, he has been changed into a type of Bogeyman. There is a 'Clown' background that fits the Dark Carnival. An Enigma Bard completes the setup.
