#21 - Iron Widow: My friend got salty about a book club he did with some other friends so I suggested we read Iron Widow together since I'd been wanting to read it. I had a lot of fun with it but was quickly reminded early on that it was written because Darlin in the Franxx pissed off the author.

Character limits and a little rambly. I don't think the game is bad. Acts 1 and 2 are solid but I haven't had a game sour me at the end like it has in a while.

#20 - Pathfinder Kingmaker: Been craving a crpg and this one hit the spot. Pretty solid game, I really like how much bullshit you can do in character building and KM let me have my fun. The endgame is a bit of a drag so I kinda just had to power through it.

#19 - Silksong: Incredible game with more low points than its predecessor. It never felt unfair but it was often frustrating, an abundance of flying enemies with projectile attacks and long gauntlet rooms brought the game down for me. Bosses with enemy gauntlets especially.

#18 - Hollow Knight replay: A quick replay of it before Silksong. Was a bit rusty but I got back in the swing of things. Nightmare King Grimm remains undefeated as the best boss in the game. Maybe I'll finally give Godhome a shot after I'm done with Silksong.

Whelp my slightly rushed summer trip to Japan is wrapping up. I had a lot of fun but man fuck summer. It was really cool to see MyGO and Ave Mujica perform live but I wish they had longer sets. I would really wanna go to one of their solo shows but that's much harder.

Got off the plane at 4 am and it was already super muggy. I dropped off my suitcase at my hostel and I'm chilling at a Denny's to charge my phone and wait for things to start opening.
