Clearly, Trump has no understanding. The two countries fought side by side in two world wars against tyranny. On 9/11, when thousands of Americans were returning home from abroad and all air travel ceased, Canadian citizens took these shocked travelers into their homes.

If we have another opportunity to vote for the Senate and the House, it won't be a choice between two parties- R or D. It will be a clear choice between dictatorship or a democratic republic- there is no middle way. The current MAGA majority shows us that they have ceded all power to the autocrat.
