Holding the bat and facing to the left feels more natural to me however all other 'holding things' sports I play left handed (pool, tennis, et al).

Yes, I know a couple of guitarists who learned to play on a right handed guitar and play 'upside down'.

99.9% left handed and left footed, the only thing that I do right handed is hold a cricket/baseball bat.

...It does make finger picking a bit more of a challenge though, and my unusual finger 'shapes' freak out other ukulele players. The one in the profile is a Flight Pathfinder. It's a solid electric ukulele, a lefty strung righty (of course).

I've played left handed guitar strung lefty for nearly 60 years now. I only started ukulele two years ago and I had access to two (one strung left handed and one strung right handed), I found a lot of the chord shapes easier to play 'upside down' on the right handed one so I stuck with that way...
