These "wrong direction" polls are a favorite gripe of mine. No matter how bad things are getting, there's always a subset of people who want it to get worse, faster. They skew the results.

Ugh! I was a federal employee for 30 years in Wash DC, strongly believing in the Hatch Act and avoiding even the appearance of conflicts of interest.
The Drumpf years (and most things Republican) have been a time of despair for me.

The movie ends without an answer to this riddle. Or I missed it. Driving me nuts. Anybody heard this riddle before?
It's possible the woman made it up just to mess with the robot's little positronic brain and it doesn't really have an answer (she was getting annoyed with the robot by that time.) […]

Use an air fryer? There are several articles about it online. A mesh basket would make for very even heating without a lot of shaking.

Fascinating! Being an engineer I always had Mathematical Functions nearby. I recently found When Computers Were Human in a thrift store and thought it looked like a good read. Now I guess I'll have to read it.
