Just here to support the left in some small way

I saw Sadiq Khan earlier on trying to push the narrative that Zack Polanski has a lack of talent. Anyone who was an activist under Corbyn knows this attack line full well. "Our politicians must be professionals", that sort of thing.

One question for Labour.

When does that start?

Keir Starmer says he could "sleep at night" under a Conservative government, to the surprise of literally no-one.

Couldn't give a fuck if Polanski is supposedly weak on the economy. He seems willing to learn and that's what advisors are for. With the likes of Grace Blakeley helping out, I wouldn't be worried.

So sick of these disingenuous "adults in the room"

Zack's a real one and he gives a shit, that'll do.

The UK must follow Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands and Slovenia’s lead and boycott Eurovision.

We cannot have “business as usual” with Israel, a genocidal apartheid state.

Always remember that men ranting at you about small boats and refugees are pathetic excuses for men.

Weak, scared, terrified little boys. That's how I see them all. Trying to look hard because they don't have anything else.

I'd rather be a decent human being.

That's a real man, in my eyes.

The problem with Pete Hegseth isn't that the majority of Americans think he's doing a bad job, but rather that it's abundantly clear that a majority of Americans could actually do the job of Secretary of Defence better than he ever could.

Finally made up my mind.

It might be Your Party, but it's not my party. I wanted to be impressed by Corbyn and Sultana. I've supported them for years. Put my life on hold to do it.

But they've let me down. And I don't have time for these infantile games.

Well done Zack, ya got me. Let's go Green.

I'm supporting Wes Streeting for Labour leader. Two reasons.

1) I want to see Labour crash and burn and that seems as good an idea as any

2) I put a bet on him to become the next Labour leader in 2020 at 66/1, threw 20 quid at it

So come on Wes, Labour's finished and I get "compensation" 👍

Can't get through to my GP surgery on the phone. Literally, it just doesn't get picked up anymore. I got a letter two weeks ago to ring and book a follow up appointment with a doctor to get the results of am ultrasound because of the worry that it might be cancer.

The right have destroyed the NHS.

Did the pendulum just start moving in the opposite direction?

Politically, for the first time in years, I've started to feel like I'm walking downhill rather than running uphill.

Maybe it's just me.

If the Green Party are second in the polls, does that make Zack Polanski the Shadow Leader of the Opposition?

Sort of sounds cool at least.

Seven years ago : "Jeremy Corbyn will destroy the Labour Party."

Present day - polling shows that Keir Starmer's Labour are more unpopular than former "prince" Andrew Windsor.

The schadenfreude is real.

When I met my wife she had voted for Brexit and been tricked by Boris Johnson lying over the NHS.

Ten years later she's a socialism-swigging working class hero who thinks that Zack Polanski is the bees knees.

Life lessons - and never give up on those who vote for scumbags, they don't always know.

1/ Paul Givan is DUP privilege in action. Never held a real job outside politics. Over a decade, he’s used power to provoke, insult, and attack minorities.

You know, it might be funny when they go after Zack Polanski for being a man - okay, it's genuinely funny - but there's a purpose to this stupidity. Fact is, the enemies of the working class are probing for weaknesses.

They did the same with Corbyn. Throw everything at the wall and see what sticks.

Let me be clear about something.

I adore Jeremy Corbyn. I always will. He gave me hope at a time when I had none. He inspired me in ways no-one else had in decades. I will always root for Jeremy.

It doesn't give me any joy to criticise Your Party. But the stakes are too high, comrades.

I'm done with Your Party, I'm not joining that farce. And I was an active Labour member under Corbyn, one of his biggest fans working every day for JC4PM.

I look at the Greens now and feel some hope. I look at Your Party and feel embarrassed.

I hope YP can recover, but my hope is with Zack's lot.

So either Labour need to ask candidates to step aside for the Greens to take on Reform....

Or actually bring in a fair democratic process where everyone's votes count equally.

It's time for Proportional Representation.

Gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with the success of Polanski's Bold Politics. 50k views on YouTube for his interview with Richard Murphy? That's impressive. And I'm saying this remembering full well that even Corbyn's videos had issues breaking through on that platform.

Americans opposing Trump (so a large majority at this point) need to wake up. You don't have a year to wait until your midterms. I'm not sure you have three months to stop what's happening in your country.

I don't have all the answers. But I'm sure of one thing. You need to strike, and strike hard.

I despise Keir Starmer and I'll always think of him in relation to the genocide both in terms of the intentional and deliberate damage he has done to the protest movement against it, and the intentional cover he has given to Israel in the face of true atrocities.

A human rights lawyer, everyone.
October 28, 2025 at 8:59 PM
What I find fascinating regarding Your Party vs Green is the difference in language. Something about Zack's communication style is making YP look dated, imo.
October 28, 2025 at 9:53 AM
Can't help but laugh when I see how far Starmer's Labour Party and Labour's right-wing have fallen.

The signs of their incompetence were in full view well before Starmer, but the vicious campaign against Corbyn as well as a easy ride from the British press distracted from their obvious failings.

Zohran Mamdani & Zack Polanski have inspired me back into politics.

Honestly, after Corbyn lost I thought there was no hope. If you want to know why, it's because the left was a mess. Tearing strips out of each other, unable to communicate with ordinary people in many ways.

I see a change coming.

My wife and I just bought my first home. We both work full-time in decent jobs. We needed help to do it.

We've been living out of a bedroom for five years. I just think about all the other people stuck in the same situation.

Solidarity to you, because we need real change in this country.
