Not having a car helps immensely with the number of requests for rides 😉
I have had pals bike me home from appointments where I need to be picked up by a grown-up and I'd do the same, but the pool of people wanting to go by bike is much smaller.

Which kind?
There are some that are small apple pieces and cinnamon mixed into a donut dough, but others are thick rings of apple with a thin layer of fried batter.
The first kind of totally a donut but the second kind had twice as much apple as batter so I'm less sure...

It's such a great idea. I remember a previous bike share service in Ottawa that was basically downtown only, with the easternmost docking point at Beechwood Ave and Vanier Pkwy, completely missing Vanier and Overbrook. We have Vélo Vanier which is amazing, but a short term option is needed too.

Toddler age is also a tricky one because they're so unpredictable.
Cats don't like how noisy babies are but they're pretty good with them. In my experience they are a bit astonished/horrified when the kids figure out locomotion.
Sounds like everyone did okay though!!

There were an astonishing number of them in my hometown. We could've given the Kids in the Hall a run for their money.
