No the fact that you've put those words on a pedestal to begin with is entitlement. They never said it needed to, again, they were bemoaning the loss of their money. Literally everyone in this thread is whining in the same way you are. Calling everyone who doesn't think like you entitled etc.

They literally gave a review as to why they didnt like the game. There was no entitlement whatsoever, they in no way asked for the creator to change their product. They used a buzzword and now everyone here is whining lol

The devs clearly did enough to reply snarkily, and also post it publicly. And now hundreds of people are also harping on about it. So, I mean.
