If the arts tax were bundled in with other state/local taxes 99% of the complainers wouldn't even know it exists. It's political malpractice to make it inconvenient to pay taxes like this.

Sure. I was asking because I didn't know why the portion of property taxes going to schools wouldn't be included in the chart. But I guess it's because it's not technically city revenue? I guessed it was because it went through the state formula calculating how much funding to provide schools.
