Spent a total of 4ish hours over 3 days on the phone trying to get an Rx filled after this digital pipeline failed. Literally 4 companies, 7 people, repeated info, process blockers, red-tape. Difficult by design. Was told the Rx has a $3900/ month co-pay. This is US healthcare. RAGE.
