You’re right. This is wrong. However this does not justify being shot in the back. Arrest him, charge him with destruction of property or even assault. Neither of those are offenses punishable by the death penalty and even if they were - ICE agents aren’t a judge and jury.

ICE agents in hospitals are also directly interfering with care - barring nurses, med assistants and doctors from doing assessments and refusing to unshackle their “detainees” even when obvious skin break down and circulation is compromised.
