Oh… our pup is named Porter, and he has a snaggle tooth, too. And! All of our Porter’s collars are bow ties. What a sweet boy he was, and lovely little memory.

Like maybe related to how Christians forgo “meat” on Fridays for lent?
I, too, have had vegetarian and vegan chapters.
The best way I could explain was to say “nothing with a face”, including where an ingredient comes from (e.g., milk from a cow with a face when vegan).
