I'd rather get a receiver in free agency. We also need an edge rusher too - we'll probably re-sign Mack and restructure Bosa but we need to think about the future at that position.

The vibes have been completely flipped, the defense is now the strength of the team and all three phases are now playing in a complementary fashion and they've made strides in preventing injuries too.
We know beat the teams we should, just need more talent now.

The defense was horrific last season, we always have bad injury luck and we let Keenan, Mike Williams and Ekeler go - our top 3 weapons - and overall have less talent now than last year. And our free agency spending was limited.
Harbaugh or not, it was also year 1 with a new HC and GM.
