We have an academy that was brought in for us to bring the youth through. There have been none that have been promoted to the first team. Why is it still operational. We need to be better. We don't have the cash to buy success. We need our youth system working.

Then we had the likes of Warburton, caxinha, beale. Mitigated disasters. It's down to the incompetent board. I don't think Clement is a bad manager just doesn't fit us. I can't see any other manager doing anything with the team we have just now.
