I came across a purchase of a fault Mega CD1 imported of Japan nlwhen I turn the power on this happens!
How much would be the repairs and would be would be to send to Greece please?

Got this Japanese Mega Drive imported to Ireland, but this is what happens when powering on.
After I press start to open the disc tray, the system get stuck in a blue screen.
Any idea what might be issues and possible solution please?
