Hi @ramtopretro.bsky.social Can you help with using the ELKSD with a Plus 2. The ELKSD is overwriting the RH PLUS rom with an older version. How can I update this or disable it. I tried using *flash but not sure if that is correct. The MMFS part is working perfectly.

That's the cpu removed and a turned pin socket put in ready for the turbo mod.

Acorn Electron with Plus 2 interface and ELK64SD is up and running. just waiting on PCB for the FDD and turbo upgrades

The spool holder can also be free standing with this base so it can be used on just about any #3dprinter and I included an arm with a PTFE connector that can be in 3 positions to stop the filament unwinding.

My spool holder turned out perfect, I have found some more hardware at my workshop so going to try reducing the shaft and bearings from 10mm to 8mm to reduce cost. #3dprinting #cad
