My first reaction was to laugh but then it was quite serious really. They may face disciplinary action but don't think they will get kicked out. Hopefully it will be a good lesson in ethical and safe practice for them.

We've gone from ITOs to WBLs to ISBs. Basically ISBs are the same as ITOs so we've gone full circle but made full the most fulsome use of acronyms possible. Someone is having fun with all this.
