Another house collapsed in Buxton along North Carolina's Outer Banks Thursday afternoon. Spectrum News 1 reporter Lauren Howard captured this video as the home fell. It was the 8th collapse this week and the 20th since 2020 along Cape Hatteras National Seashore beaches. #ncwx #obx
