100% this, Labour aren't the reason tens of thousands of people feel emboldened to go to a Tommy ten names march, it's all linked to the disproportionate Reform coverage.

Also, what happens in 40 years' time when all these people want to retire with a state pension. Do we have to keep bringing more in to satisfy the state pension expense. Are we kicking the can down the road?

@implausibleblog.bsky.social I love your work and have followed you from X to here, but this is a bad take. F1 contributes to the UK a great deal in education, employment and revenue. It would be a great shame if a representative of the UK Gov wasn't there and she fits the criteria as a ideal rep.

Unable to unite over any single driving issue, willingly bought arms from a large allied partner so never planned for arms development seriously.
Imported technical IT services from large allied partner and never developed a strong home grown sector as should of.

OK, well how do we accurately reflect land value so farmers like yourself aren't punished? Is land value to high at thr moment due to IHT loop hole in your view?? I only ask as every farmer mentions how little they earn from the land

Will the fact the tax loop hole closes make land a less desirable acquisition for the extremely wealthy ? What is the solution in your view to achieve making farm land more affordable for farmers to purchase and grow while making it less appealing to landlords and tax avoiders?

Hi @lizwebster.bsky.social, how do you stop the small percentage of obscenely wealth people buying up land and passing it down to their heirs tax free?? The fact 5% own more land then all the farmers combined is surely driving up purchase cost for farmers looking to expand.
