I’m currently fasting. My plan is to fast Monday to Wednesday every week. Literally, no food at all. I’ve done one day, and feel fine. I like not having to think about food.

I think the US (with Putin) is trying to install their own leader in Ukraine. They keep talking about wanting a leader who wants peace. They bully and intimidate Zelensky. They want a puppet.

Zelensky had no chance. It was a lose, lose situation. Trump & Putin will carve up the Ukraine between them. Strip it for its resources and then move on deeper into Europe. Ukraine is lost unless the UK and EU grow some balls.
