I have tried and love the stuffing waffle, but cleaning that thing sucks! Optimal leftover stuffing solution is pan-frying planks of cold stuffing the size of a deck of cards, in butter. Preferably in cast iron. Good as the bottom layer of a lunch leftover stack, or for breakfast with a fried egg.
