Anxiety has arrived for a visit! It's all consuming and nothing shifts it. I've taken myself down to sit at the front, stare out and listen to music. 💜

I'm back after my break. It's been good to just read, relax and take stock.

I read 2 books.

Jacinda Ardern's autobiography.

Only Here, Only Now by Tom Newlands. One of the best books I've read for a long time. A story of hope, love and self discovery. A novel that made me laugh and cry. ❤️

RIP Diogo Jota.

Same age as me.

Such a sad loss. Football has lost a star.

Thoughts are with his family and all who loved him. 💔

Rest in Power Christina McKelvie MSP 💛💜

She was a truly wonderful human being who was always there for everyone. She was the first to encourage me into politics. She was the first to say to me that being gay was okay.

"Unapologetically Easterhouse"

She'll be sorely missed by a lot of us.

Finally, I've done it. Doesn't feel good, but it's necessary.

I had a great community over there, but I'm glad to say I feel like this site will give me that again.

So this is what 28 looks like!

I never thought I would make it past my 21st birthday.

Today, I'm thankful to still be here and be celebrating my 28th.

6 suicide attempts and lots of self-harming, but I'm here and doing well.

Off out for dinner 💚🏳️‍🌈

I've just been out for dinner with my friends from Uni as it's my birthday on Thursday.

It feels so good to finally have friends. It really has changed my life. Just knowing that you have people there for you is a big thing and that they like you. 💚
