Well, that’s a pretty dumb thing to say. Even if some of them pulled the wool over their own eyes and voted for Trump, they are clearly wise up now. I’m willing to accept all the allies we can get.

Well, there was also a time when the Democrats were anti-civil rights and the Republicans were the party of freedom and abolition. That was reversed sometime ago.

I’m still struggling with this. I don’t want to support Fascism, but I also don’t want to give up my local community groups, and my international friends and family.
