It was amazing to watch Albertans' socials throughout the night. Fingers pointed at all kinds of excuses, conspiracies, and outright disinformation rather than actually address the issue. Nothing gets fixed that way.

Ontario took a different approach through updated guidance to make them more accurate by adding a throat swab before nasal. We've always known RATs were not as accurate as PCR, but helped in terms of efficiencies. Based on exponential growth, each case removed was still helpful, even at lower %.

Since my cancer diagnosis a year ago, I have encountered no less than 100 healthcare workers. All have been empathetic, kind, and exceptionally professional. We must support them and our public based system. No to a US styled system that is the most expensive with the lowest outcomes of G countries.

Now, imagine a trump win and a Poilievre government — our less costly drug inventory is just the low hanging fruit.

Had to cut most meats due to my cancer diagnosis. Studies show a plant based diet is beneficial with the type of cancer I have. Thought it would be an issue, but I haven't really missed it that much. My oncologist encourages some cheat days, but overall, I am enjoying the new foods and recipes.
