I’m interested in change and growth. How people do it, why they do it and why they don’t do it. I’m a coach, mentor and transpersonal psychotherapist. And a recovering social activist in a time of division. #psychotherapy #coaching #whippets #socialchange
I liked the part of my life when people cared about equality. Or at least pretended to.

Only upside of Trumps betrayal is that he has created one of those defining moments - when people in all sorts of areas - feel the need to make it clear where they stand.
President Zelenskyy has been one of the greatest leaders of our time, guiding Ukraine through the darkest period of its recent history, rising up to Russia’s unwarranted aggression, being an inspiration to the Ukrainian people and ensuring that Ukraine’s voice is heard on the world stage.

Totally depressing but this makes sense. Or maybe the whole thing is in fact senseless and we are desperately seeking rationality where none exists.
Trump could have pushed for an end to the war in Ukraine without becoming actively hostile to Ukraine. Instead, he has imbibed Putin’s lies. Have written about the emergence of a new US/Russia axis, where it comes from and the staggering implications for Europe.
