Everytime I open x I see someone doing stupid shit. This time was legaltweetz breathing in burning plastic fumes. I don't care about their tweet, they're a dumbass and you can't fix stupid. I did tell them to go to a doctor if their throat or lungs become compromised tho.

If Alina Habba was legally removed from the post, does the DOJ actually have the ability to reinstall her? Is there not a conflict between state and federal rights here? Does New Jersey not have the right to an attorney who has experience in prosecuting criminal law?
